devised by Darryl Boot and Ben Livingstone

This thought-provoking drama piece, which tells of the Balkans conflict of the early 1990s, was fully funded thanks to the MLA London and The Big Lottery Fund and was devised by Spectrum actors in conjunction with King’s College Archives, Strand, London. The session runs for an hour with the performance piece being followed by a discussion between performers and students. The piece is closely linked to the KS3 and 4 curricula but is equally suited to an adult audience.  Please contact our office if you would like any more information or are interested in booking this show.

Immorality Unparalleled? - by Suzanne Rayner and Susanna Owen

©NPG

Based on court transcripts and newspaper reports from the time, this play tells the dramatic story of Lady Colin Campbell and her famous and notorious divorce trial.  Scandalous revelations concerning members of the aristocracy and their servants were heard in a public court and shocked Victorian society to the core! But who exactly was guilty of Immorality Unparalleled?

The play premiered in 2004 and is currently being re-written for a new production in 2011.
